Today, Roupéz Skidshop is one of Sweden's leading specialist stores in alpine sports, located on Isabergstoppen in Hestra. Since 1977, we have combined retail, ski rental, ski school, and e-commerce under one roof. We work with a wide range, offer boot fitting, a service workshop, and expertise.

Ski and Snowboard Instructor

As a ski or snowboard instructor, you work with both children and adults, in both groups and private lessons. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys working with people. It is a fun and developing job that requires your ability to teach others. It is a requirement to be able to ski or snowboard; however, we will help arrange training.

Our guests mainly come from Sweden and Denmark.

The position is scheduled and includes evenings and weekends. The position is for both seasonal and part-time work. Salary according to agreement.

We expect applicants for extra work, evenings, and weekends to be over 16 years old.

Ski rental staff

We are looking for staff for our rental department, where we rent out skis and snowboards.

As a rental host/hostess, you will assist our guests with equipment rental. We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-minded, and enjoys meeting people. We prefer if you have an interest in skiing or snowboarding, but it is not a requirement. We will train you and provide you with the necessary knowledge. The most important thing is that you are the right person and enjoy a fast-paced work environment!

Sales associate for Roupéz Ski Shop – do you have a passion for skiing and service?

We are now looking for an engaged and service-minded sales associate to join our team! We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to creating a first-class customer experience, whether you are selling skis, snowboards, boots, or clothing. Together, we work towards ambitious goals and have fun along the way.

About the role

As a sales associate with us, you will have varied and developing work where customer interactions are central. You will be part of a passionate team where we share knowledge, motivate each other, and strive to provide every customer with the best possible assistance – whether they are beginners or pros.

Your tasks will include:

• Active sales in the store
• Customer advice on equipment and clothing
• Bootfitting and custom sole molding (we will train you!)
• Daily maintenance and unpacking in the store

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you:

• Have a genuine interest in skiing and/or snowboarding
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear goals
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team
• Find it fun to help others find the right equipment

Previous sales experience or knowledge of equipment is a plus, but not a requirement! We will ensure you receive the training you need.
