Returns, exchanges and refunds

With us, you have full exchange/return rights within 30 days for unused products. This applies from the day you received the item. We charge a return fee of 49 SEK.

How do I make a return?

Register your return in the form below or click the button below. You need to register your return for the return process to work as quickly and smoothly as possible. Enter your email address and order number. Once you have registered which product(s) you wish to return, you will receive a return label that you print and attach to the package. Then drop off the package at your nearest agent; it does not have to be the same place where you picked up the package.

You can use the original packaging for the return; if you no longer have it, you can use other packaging.

Please note that mounted skis cannot be returned (this does not apply to demo skis where bindings were attached at the time of purchase). Unmounted skis, snowboards, and demo skis can be returned. However, you must arrange and cover the entire return cost yourself. Therefore, you cannot use our return form for this!

If you use our return form for this, we will charge a return cost starting from 450 SEK.

The return fee for ski boots and snowboard boots is 200 SEK.

You can also return items to us at the store in Hestra.

If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original product. Then contact us to let us know you've placed a new order, and we will not charge you for any return shipping costs.

The right to return or exchange does not apply to:

• Purchases of mounted skis

Mounted skis cannot be returned (this does not apply to demo skis that had bindings attached at the time of purchase). Unmounted skis, snowboards, and demo skis can be returned, but you must arrange and cover the full return cost yourself.

Refunds

From the time you submit your return to the agent, it can take up to 14 days for the money to be credited back to your account. You will receive a return confirmation by email once we have processed your return.

Your return needs to be approved for you to receive a refund. You must return your item within 30 days, in original condition with labels and tags intact. We will refund you the amount for the item minus the return cost of 39 kronor.
