Rental Conditions

• Identification is mandatory to rent equipment.
• The renter is obliged to return equipment within the specified time; rental extensions must be made before the rental period expires. A full day's rate will be charged for each new day started.
• Equipment not returned will be charged at full value.
• Payment for rental is always made in advance. Refunds are only made in case of illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate.
• The renter is fully liable for product damage or lost equipment. (Except for damage due to manufacturing defects)
• For unreturned equipment left out in the facility, a fee of SEK 300/item will be charged.

Sign up for our advantageous security package to avoid unnecessary expenses in the event of an accident or if the equipment is stolen. The protection covers theft and damage to your equipment, with an excess of SEK 500. Replacement equipment can then be picked up free of charge for the remaining rental period.

• The protection applies to skis, snowboards, blades and cross-country skis. (not boots, poles and helmets).
• The protection does not apply in cases of obvious negligent handling, such as scratches caused by skiing on gravel or asphalt.
• The equipment must be stored locked overnight.
• In case of damage to equipment, this must be reported immediately to Roupéz Skidshop.
• In case of theft of equipment, this must be reported to the police by the renter and the report shown at the ski rental.

• Bookings can be made until 8 p.m. the day before arrival.
• Cancellations can be made up to three days before arrival for an administration fee of SEK 195.
  Cancellations later than three days before arrival can only be made upon presentation of a medical certificate. An administration fee of SEK 195 will be charged.
• For changes to a booking, such as cancelling one person or cancelling part of the equipment, an administration fee of SEK 100 will be charged.
• No refund will be issued for unused equipment/lessons.
• Your booking is complete and approved when you have paid and received a confirmation via email. Please check carefully that you enter the correct email address.
• Booking confirmation and valid photo ID must be presented when collecting pre-booked equipment.
• Only additions can be made when collecting equipment, not deductions.
• Equipment can only be collected from the day it is to be used.
• By booking, you agree that we may register your personal data (in accordance with GDPR) and that you may receive mailings from Roupéz Skidshop.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to illness, pandemic situation, or restrictions.
