Explore our range by browsing our product categories or using our search function. When you click on a specific product, you will be taken to a product page where you can read more about it and choose your desired size and color.

Once you have selected the size and color, click "Add" to add the item to your digital shopping cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping or go directly to checkout. If you want to view your shopping cart, you can click on the shopping cart icon.

When you choose to go to checkout, you will see which products you have added to your shopping cart. You can easily edit the cart by removing products or adjusting the quantity. To complete the purchase, you need to go through the different steps in the checkout process. Choose to either log in to your account or shop as a guest. Select shipping method and payment method, then finalize by completing the purchase.

Check if bindings are included in the price; otherwise, choose your desired bindings or opt to purchase skis without bindings.

When you buy skis and bindings from us, you get the bindings at a discounted price, and mounting is always included.

When purchasing skis with bindings

• Choose if you want the bindings mounted
• Then provide the sole length of your ski boots; this is the outer measurement in millimeters, not the size. You can usually find the sole length on the outside of the heel of the boot. If you cannot find the sole length, you can measure the sole of the boot from toe to heel and specify in millimeters.
• Fill in the skier's weight.
• Then choose the mounting point (this is only for skis where there are no fixed bindings).
• If you have any other requests, you can add an order comment.

If any information is unclear, we will contact you before we can mount and ship the skis to you.

Buying bindings

When buying loose bindings, you need to specify the desired stopper width. The waist width of the skis determines the width you should have for the ski stoppers. If you are unsure, you can choose a width and then write an order comment stating your ski model, and we will choose what fits best. You are also welcome to email or call us before placing your order.

Buying ski boots

Ski boots are probably the most difficult item to buy online when it comes to ski equipment. If you have the opportunity to visit our store, that is always the best option; we will help you find the best ski boot for you. Sometimes you also need help with boot fitting, and we can assist you with that in our store. Before ordering a ski boot, you can follow these steps.

• Measure your foot
• Buy the correct size; remember not to go up in size, as the boot can easily become too large for you. Ski boots never feel as small as when you try on a new boot for the first time. They will conform to your foot over time. You can adjust the boots afterwards if you feel you need to make some adjustments.
• Choose the right boot based on your area of use. Are you going touring? Only skiing on groomed slopes? Or perhaps both?
• Remember to try on the boot correctly when you receive it. Put on your ski socks and jump into the boots. When you get into the boot, it often feels a little too small. Tighten the boots properly so you get your heel back into the boot, and stand in a ski position so your heel is fully engaged. Your foot should then be secure and not move inside the boot.

All feet are unique, and it is difficult to know beforehand how a boot will feel on the foot. We have extensive experience with ski boots and boot fitting, so you are always welcome to contact us, and we can help you find the right fit.

Has the order gone through?

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. If you are missing your order confirmation, check your spam folder, or otherwise contact customer service. If there is an error in your order, you should immediately contact us at info@skidshop.se, or call 0370-33 97 70.

Where is my delivery confirmation?

Once we have picked and packed your order, you will receive an email with a link so you can track your order and follow your package. If you have not received an email, check your spam folder.
