Look

Today, Look is best known for Pivot, a favorite among professionals who want direct responsiveness and maximum security on every run.

Look – innovation that shaped skiing

Look began its journey in France. Engineer Jean Beyl injured his leg in a skiing accident and decided to create a safer binding. The result was Nevada. It was the first binding to release laterally in a controlled manner. It became a global standard and opened the door for modern ski equipment.

Since then, Look has continued to improve its technology. They combined the toe piece with a rotating plate under the heel. This provided a whole new level of safety and control in difficult situations. Today, Look is part of the Rossignol Group and continues to manufacture bindings in its factory in Nevers.

Bindings with precision and feel

Look is known for its long elastic travel. This means that the binding resists stress in turns or landings without releasing unnecessarily. At the same time, it releases when truly needed. This creates confidence both on the piste and in freeride.

The Pivot series is the flagship. The rotating heel piece sits directly under the shin and provides a smooth, responsive feel. The design allows the ski to flex naturally because the mounting zone is short. This is appreciated by both freeriders and park riders who want a stable and precise ride.

SPX and NX are other popular series. They offer quick response and safe function for various levels and styles. Regardless of the model, the typical Look feel is noticeable. It is stable, reliable, and built to last.
