K2 is one of the most iconic names in the ski world. The story began on Vashon Island in the USA where brothers Bill and Don Kirschner experimented with fiberglass. The result was a lighter and more lively ski that changed the industry. Already in the late 60s, K2 was on the World Cup podium and they quickly continued to grow.
